The VCI molecules of the anti-corrosive kraft paper are deposited on metallic surfaces and form a compound capable of neutralizing the attack of many environmental contaminants and of protecting against corrosion.

The use of VCI papers avoids the use of protective oils and the need to clean and degrease parts so facilitating their immediate use. It is a dry optimum long-term protection.
