Polypropylene sacks

Polypropylene bags (PP) usually known as "raffia bags"

Due to the characteristics of polypropylene, these bags are distinguished by their high resistance even in low thicknesses. Instead of being heat-sealed, these bags have a thread-reinforced seam closure. We supply sewing machines with thread for the closing of open mouth polypropylene bags. Polypropylene sacks offer several manufacturing possibilities:

1. Simple.
2. Laminated on the inside. The laminated raffia consists of a polyethylene film adhered to the fabric which makes it waterproof, watertight and more resistant to avoid any leakage and at the same time achieve a great watertightness.
3. With inner polyethylene bag. In this way, the product is protected by two independent layers of film, and at the same time with an added safety as they are independent sealing welds.
4. With valve filling system. We adapt to all types of packaging machines and we can manufacture the width of the mouth of the filling valve.
